We’re excited to share that The Auto Enclave is targeting a late summer to fall 2026 opening, introducing a new standard of premium vehicle storage and automotive lifestyle space to the area.
Thoughtfully designed for enthusiasts who want more than basic storage, The Auto Enclave offers a secure, private, climate-controlled sanctuary that reflects the pride, discretion, and care behind exceptional vehicle ownership. More than storage, it’s a refined environment built to protect and showcase your automobile.
Each private suite offers 1,500 square feet of secure, ground-level automotive space, engineered for consistent temperature and humidity to ensure long-term protection. Layout, access, and construction are thoughtfully designed for preservation, security, and usability. A 500-square-foot private mezzanine above the garage provides a comfortable retreat for relaxing, planning your next drive, or recreation space to elevate the suite beyond storage.

Can I customize or build out my private storage space?
Yes. Owners may customize and build out their private storage space, provided all modifications comply with applicable building codes and the facility’s design standards.
All improvements must be reviewed and approved in advance to ensure compatibility with building systems, structural design, and fire and life safety requirements. Certain modifications or uses may be restricted to maintain consistency, safety, and code compliance throughout the facility.
Are vehicle lifts allowed in my suite?
Yes. Most standard two-post and four-post vehicle lifts are permitted within a suite. All lift installations must be reviewed and approved in advance to confirm compatibility with the building design’s structural design. Additional restrictions may apply based on lift type, configuration, and installation method.
Can I run a business out of The Auto Enclave?
No. The Auto Enclave is intended exclusively for private, personal automotive storage. Commercial use is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, operating a landscaping or service business, storing commercial or fleet vehicles, or running an automotive repair or service shop from a suite.
These restrictions help maintain a secure, orderly environment and ensure the facility remains aligned with its intended use, safety design, and code compliance.
What types of vehicles can be stored at The Auto Enclave?
We accommodate luxury, exotic, classic, and performance vehicles, including sports cars, collector cars, motorcycles, and specialty vehicles. Each space is designed to protect high-value automobiles in a secure, climate-controlled environment.
Is the storage facility climate controlled?
Yes. Our facility is fully climate controlled to maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect your vehicle from moisture, corrosion, battery degradation, and interior damage year-round.
How secure is the vehicle storage facility?
Security is built into every layer of the facility. The Auto Enclave features controlled access at the main entry and individual access control for each private storage unit, ensuring only authorized owners can enter their space. This design provides both enhanced protection and complete discretion for every vehicle stored on site.
Can I access my vehicle whenever I want?
Yes. Your storage space is privately rented, and your vehicle is accessible whenever you want. There are no appointments required — it’s your space, your schedule, and your vehicle.
What amenities are included with each private storage space?
Each private storage suite includes water access, internet, and security. Dedicated power is provided, with electricity usage the responsibility of the lessee. Every suite features secure, climate-controlled ground-level storage and access to a 500 sq ft mezzanine lounge designed for relaxing and entertaining.
Can I store my mobile home or RV at the facility?
Yes. Mobile homes and RVs may be stored at the facility, provided they meet applicable size, weight, and clearance requirements.
All vehicles must comply with the facility’s access limitations, building limitations and clearances, and structural capacity. Storage is limited to private, personal use only. Additional restrictions or approvals may apply depending on vehicle dimensions and configuration.
